SIMEI 2011 BECOPAD on course for further success

The Italian BEGEROW wine team was delighted. SIMEI, the world's largest trade fair for the wine industry, became the platform for another success for the BECOPAD depth filter medium, which has already won several awards. Many customers from both Italy and the rest of the world reported of successful wine filtrations and confirmed the quality of this innovative product.
The reasons for its establishment on the market speak for themselves; BECOPAD is drip and loss-free, increases filtration performance by at least 30 % and provides full retention of valuable flavour and colour, unsurpassed microbiological safety and 100 % biodegradability.
Wine bottling is currently in full swing in Italy and BECOPAD is playing an increasingly significant role in ensuring good wine quality. "We expect 2011 to be a good vintage" was the unanimous view of the BECOPAD users at the BEGEROW booth in Milan.
A further BEGEROW highlight at the new Rho-Pero fieramilano exhibition centre was the presentation of new biotechnology products, such as the SIHA Rubino Cru yeast for chocolate aromas in red wine and the long-life solution SIHA PROFERM Fit.
