At Intervitis Interfructa 2007 in Stuttgart, Begerow will be the only one-stop provider of solutions for wine, fruit juice, and spirits production, with products ranging from biotechnology applications to clarification and sterile filtration.

This year's trade fair presence of the experts from Langenlonsheim, Germany, focuses on purity. An innovative booth concept cleverly emphasizes Begerow's core competencies for biotechnology and filtration.

Highlights are the revolutionary Beco Protect TS Twinstream depth filter cartridge, which offers 100% more filter area with fine filter material than conventional depth filter cartridges, and the new Beco Membrane PFplus membrane filter cartridge for sterile filtration. This cartridge is made from high-quality PVDF material and offers above-average service life combined with high bacteriological safety.

Oenological products also play an important role at this year's Interfructa. In line with current trends, Begerow presents the new SIHA OakArome wood chips with different degrees of toasting as a new stylistic device.

When it comes to terroir, the company offers the new SIHAferm PureNature yeast combination pack for near-natural controlled spontaneous fermentation. The benefits include enhanced development of typical vine flavors and a safe final degree of fermentation.
