EBC Kongress 2007 - BEGEROW presents new beer range in Venice

Begerow, the German filtration specialists and system providers, will be presenting their newly developed depth filter sheets for beer filtration as a special highlight at the 31st EBC Conference in Venice.

Through its innovative pore structure, the specially designed Beco Beer Range (Beco B 505 through Beco B 150) covers all applications including clarification filtration, fine filtration, sterilizing filtration, and sterile filtration.

The main benefits include high biological safety, optimized efficiency, optimum utilization of capacity through good backwashability, good haze reduction, improved brightness, and easy hygienic handling and cleaning.

Begerow's presence at this year's trade fair will be focusing on kieselguhr filtration. Under the label Becogur, Begerow will present a range of high-quality, filtration-active kieselguhrs with different grain sizes for precoat filtration of liquids.

Begerow offers an exceptionally wide range of cartridges for clear filtration of liquids. Possible applications for the filter cartridges include particle separation through depth filter cartridges (Beco Protect), sterile filtration, and separation of microorganisms by membrane filter cartridges (Beco Membrane).
