The German filtration specialists continue their success story at this year's BRAU Beviale 2007. A top priority for the company is the development of integrated solutions involving far more than just filtration technology. Begerow's comprehensive range of services and consulting activities encompassing the entire beer production cycle are key differentiators from other suppliers in the market.
In addition to the five new beer filter sheets presented last year, at this year's trade fair the company will introduce three new dry active yeasts for top and bottom-fermented beers. Visitors can experience the sensory characteristics and taste variations in a beer tasting session at the Begerow booth.
BECO TS TwinStream depth filter cartridges offering 100% more filter area comprised of fine filter material than conventional depth filter cartridges will also be on display.
Begerow also offers specific solutions for fruit juice and spirits processing. At the Brau Beviale, the beverage technology experts will present the latest generation of enzymes and special bentonite and activated carbon products for ultrafiltration.
Begerow's trade fair presence this year focuses on purity, which all products and process services on offer aim to achieve.
The Brau Beviale 2007 is once again a highlight of Begerow's trade fair schedule. For the Langenlonsheim-based company, no other event offers comprehensive beer production know-how in such concentrated form.
