BEGEROW to boost Eaton's filtration business

The Germany-based E. Begerow GmbH & Co. is to be sold. The purchaser, Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN), a diversified power management company active in more than 150 countries worldwide with annual sales totalling nearly $13,7 billion, has a workforce of almost 70,000 employees. Ownership of E. Begerow GmbH & Co. will be transferred to Eaton following formal review by the antitrust authorities from which no objections are expected to be raised.
