A Suitcase full of Innovations
This year's INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA in Stuttgart is quite an unusual event for the BEGEROW firm. They will arrive at the new airport exhibition centre with suitcases packed full of innovations and the most topical knowledge on the subject of wine and fruit juice preparation. Reasons for this excitement regarding the event are not only the fair's new situation, but also the company's spectacular forthcoming performance with a specially created exhibition stand. And this excitement is especially infectious within the BEGEROW team this year.
The stars of the industry will be there for the fair visitors to see, for example, BECOPAD. The internationally distinguished depth filter medium which is revolutionising filtration cellars all over the world at the moment. Free from mineral substances, drip and loss, as well as being extremely gentle on the product, means full value preservation of the wine aroma and colour, and is up to 100 % biodegradable.
Or the newly developed fermentation SIHAFERM PureNature concept. This concept enables the modern oenologists to carry out a part of the alcoholic fermentation with a pure non-Saccharomycetes culture, with a yeast species which is not of the Saccharomycetes type for the very first time. The results are quite individual styles of wine.
Not to forget SIHA PURANIT UF, developed especially for ultrafiltration systems. This sand-free Bentonite is gentle on the membranes, pumps and pipeline systems. In addition, it distinguishes itself with its very effective purification and stabilisation of fruit juice.
